The perfect candidate will have strong customer service skills and a calm, professional demeanor. They will have excellent inventory, documentation, and organizational skills. They will have the ability to talk knowledgeably to clients about their particular needs, reassuring the client that their possessions are safe and secure, document all conversations and relay instructions to their team. This candidate will oversee all phases of the job from client consultation to directing the packing and moving staff, moving the contents to Servpro's warehouse facility, documenting all materials, supplies and other costs related to the job for billing purposes, and supervising the move back to the client, after repairs are completed. This position requires the ability to come in early or stay late, depending on the client's needs. Some weekend overtime is necessary, but on a limited basis.
